Indulge in true Wisconsin flavor. Our hand cut fires topped with squeaky cheese curds, grilled sausages and onions, bacon, scallions and our gluten free beer cheese sauce.
A savory mix of ground beef and chorizo sausage stewed with onion, peppers and tomato. Served over our crispy hand cut fries with shredded cheese, pickled jalapeno, cilantro and homemade guacamole.

Omgosh I’m so excited you’ll still be selling your awesome food!!!! Can not wait to see where and when!!!!!
The food was absolutely a hit and if we do something like this again we will definitely be reaching back out. According to our grad (or at least the caption on her Facebook post about her party) “the food was the best part” so thanks again!
I’m a sucker for poutine, which is a dish made with french fries and cheese curds and topped with brown gravy. As the story goes, poutine emerged in Quebec, Canada, in the late-1950s, although its origins are subject to dispute. What’s not in dispute is that poutine is one of the world’s greatest guilty pleasures. Cheffrey’s sells a classic poutine topped with veal gravy — talk about gilding the lily!!
