Wisconsin Tailgator
Indulge in true Wisconsin flavor. Our hand cut fires topped with squeaky cheese curds, grilled sausages and onions, bacon, scallions and our gluten free beer cheese sauce.

A savory mix of ground beef and chorizo sausage stewed with onion, peppers and tomato. Served over our crispy hand cut fries with shredded cheese, pickled jalapeno, cilantro and homemade guacamole.

I’m a sucker for poutine, which is a dish made with french fries and cheese curds and topped with brown gravy. As the story goes, poutine emerged in Quebec, Canada, in the late-1950s, although its origins are subject to dispute.
